Initiate Your Request
Log into your Solis Global account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
